Lisa Rachel Snyder is a Kundalini master and founder of Kundalini Embodiment Method (KEM), a trauma-informed approach to Kundalini awakening with a focus on integrating the spiritual gifts into your everyday life. Lisa is also an intuitive channel, Tantra teacher, somatic healer, and public speaker (Columbia Business School, Oath, HBC, L'Oreal). She’s certified as a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Rebirthing Breahwork facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic educator, and she’s trained with the International School of Temple Arts, Bruce Lyon, Sofia Sundari, and Mooji Baba. Originally from New York City and currently based in Bali, Lisa is a lover of dance, live music, and excursions into the mountains.
