 Lisa Rachel Snyder is a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, meditation teacher (Columbia Business School, Oath, HBC, L’Oreal), public speaker, reiki practitioner, astrologer, oracle reader, and creator of the Beautiful Badass Method: 7 Steps to a Healthy Relationship with Food, Your Body, and Yourself. After a family tragedy, Lisa left her desk job to dive headfirst into spiritual practices, which enabled her to heal a 20 year struggle with food. Through yoga, meditation, reiki, intuition, oracle, astrology, and insights from her teacher Mooji Baba, Lisa is constantly unfolding into the joy of being alive and living a healthy lifestyle, both physically and emotionally, so she wants everyone to know the joy of this freedom. She's on a mission to teach people how to act out of Self-love by listening to their bodies, their own inner guidance systems, and realize they have all the answers inside. When we do that, we open ourselves to receiving all the freedom, empowerment, and bliss that unconditional Self-love brings. Her wish is to inspire people not just to survive but to thrive. No matter where we are and what we've been through, we always have the choice to be the best version of our unique and beautiful selves. It's a choice we get to make in each and every moment.
