A binge is triggered much earlier than the binge itself takes place. Learn how to prevent them and what steps to take when you feel a binge coming on.

Mindful Movement

Listening to the body is important when it comes to exercise too. Get grounded in a restorative way.

Let Go Mantra

Balance and focus with another alternate nostril breath and then a mantra meditation, “let go.”

Self-Inquiry Meditation

“Who am I?” Meditate on these words and you realize you are much more than your body and mind.

What Now?

The most important thing to do now is to connect within every day. When you do this, you’re connecting to your self-awareness and can recognize your needs on any given day. Listen to those needs, and you can’t go wrong.
