Intro to Empowerment
This week is all about Step 3: Empowerment.
Empowerment, The Solar Plexus Chakra, development, traumas, symptoms, and healing.
What is pain really? Why is it so dreaded? Here’s how we can make it an ally.
Get grounded in the body with a focus on wringing out toxicity within the solar plexus.
“Skull shining breath” is a cleansing breathing technique. Today, we link this with an empowering affirmation, “I am enough.”
The only way to neutralize a fear is to face it head on. This exercise allows you to begin to face fears in a safe and gentle way.
Optional (but highly recommended): purge all the external devices that you regularly give your power away to. This way, you're not allowing objects to determine how you feel about yourself.
